It never ceases to amaze us that the first time people visit our store, their initial response is what a beautiful store and what beautiful jewelry we have. They love the fact that when we purchase jewelry for our store, we look hard to find pieces you won't see anywhere else.

We at Helein Jewelers are very proud of our staff. We employ people that not only have knowledge about the exquisite pieces, but also have a great passion for the gemstones and designs.

We are a full service jewelry store from repairs to appraisals. Our appraisals are done in house by Amy Helein who is a graduate Gemologist with GIA and a Certified Gemologist Appraiser with the American Gem Society. In 2006, we established our own in house laboratory, approved by the American Gem Society.

We at Helein Jewelers believe education is very important. We encourage our employees to continue their education through seminars and classes. It is not only important that our employees are educated but that we educate our customers as well. We want people to understand what they are buying. For example, why a diamond with the same shape, color, clarity and carat can be differently priced. We encourage our customers to ask questions, even if they call us when they get home. It is better they have a true understanding of what they have just looked at or are interested in.
